Combine 3 Table Spoons Sugar and 3 Table Spoons Brown Sugar with 2 Table Spoons softened butter
Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and 2 Table spoons water
Mix in 1/2 cup Flour and 1/2 cup Andes Baking Chips or Chocolate Chips
Pop into the fridge for two hours to chill and then grab a spoon and enjoy!
